Tommy Rogers' leadership, we're expanding our reach through Hospital ChaplaincyProviding culturally and linguistically appropriate spiritual care at Stroger Hospital and specialized services for women and children, while supporting healthcare workers as "second victims" of trauma, violence, and racial microaggressions.  Community ConnectionsBuilding relationships with congregations on Chicago's West and South Side while developing curricula that deepens community partnerships and enlarges our collaborative base for health justice work.  Capacity BuildingHealing community and furthering health justice through the development and delivery of content and curricula that prompts discourse, increases collaboration, and deepens community relationships.  Health JusticePromoting dialogue about healthcare equity through community conversations and storytelling, helping providers and patients collectively define what equity looks like and set actionable goals for change.  Wellness ProgrammingSupporting medical practitioners' spiritual wellbeing while gathering data on secondary traumatic stress and measuring the impact of spiritual care interventions for healthcare workers.
